- Read and sign Reservation Agreement.
- Submit SEPARATE CHECKS as per the agreement, to the Club Manager. Checks made payable to: Monterra CDD
- Include copies of licenses and certificate of insurance for any vendors you may hire for the event. Vendors must be insured with $1,000,000.00 in liability coverage. Please have your vendor include on insurance certificate the following as additional insureds or additional named insureds.
